Connected information
Clinical records within the patient profile
Patient management and clinical records are part of the TalumCore core package. Each profile brings the patient’s details, documents and follow-up together in a single workspace.
This structure avoids separating administrative and clinical information across disconnected screens. Its purpose is to give practitioners the patient context they need while they work.
- Patient details
- Clinical records and follow-up
- Linked documents
- Consent forms within the profile
Everyday work
A clear workflow for reviewing and organising follow-up
Before continuing a session, the practitioner can review the available patient context in the profile. Clinical records, follow-up, documents and consent forms remain linked to the same person.
When several practitioners work in the clinic, users and permissions help organise access to the platform. The clinic decides how to configure that access and which procedures its team should follow.
- Review the patient’s context
- Keep clinical records and follow-up together
- Keep documents and consent forms linked
- Organise access through users and permissions
Core package and add-ons
What is included and what you can add
The published core package includes patients, clinical records and basic patient-profile documents. It also includes users, permissions and practitioners, so the organisation of your clinic is managed within the same foundation.
TalumCore also publishes an optional consent form and document management module for €7 per month. The module describes signing, recording and document-control features linked to the patient.

Important: All published amounts include VAT.
Access to data
Clear responsibilities around clinical information
The clinic decides how information is managed and who can access it. According to TalumCore’s published information, the technical team only accesses it when the clinic authorises access for support.
Users and permissions help organise access within the platform, but the clinic remains responsible for deciding who should access each type of information and for maintaining its internal procedures.
Important: Using management software does not by itself guarantee compliance with every legal or professional obligation. You must consider the configuration, your clinic’s procedures and the advice that applies to your circumstances.
Preparing implementation
What to review before moving patient profiles
Before changing software, identify which patient details, clinical records and documents you hold, which formats you can export and what your team actually needs in the new platform.
TalumCore reviews each migration according to the volume of data and source software. The data migration page explains the factors involved and the questions worth preparing.
- Source software and file format
- Approximate number of patients
- Types of existing documents
- Fields your clinic considers essential
