Invoicing and VeriFactu workflows connected to your clinic

The TalumCore invoicing module lets you work with invoices and corrective invoices and track payment status. The published dashboard presents this financial activity in a format designed for a quick overview.

Invoicing extends the environment where you already work with schedules, patients, practitioners and services, so financial management does not sit apart from clinic operations.

TalumCore’s public description refers to compatibility with VeriFactu workflows. We retain that wording: we do not claim that the platform has an official certification or that activating the module automatically guarantees tax compliance for every clinic.

Before subscribing, ask for a demonstration of the workflow you will use and check your setup and obligations with the appropriate tax adviser.

Invoicing + VeriFactu has a published price of €9 per month and is added to the core package. It is also included in the Complete plan, which combines all current features for €99 per month.

If different self-employed practitioners need separate invoicing, TalumCore publishes an add-on of €8 per month for each practitioner using this setup.

TalumCore offers other modules that broaden the clinic’s financial overview. Expense management covers supplier invoices, VAT, categories and cost tracking; analytics presents charts, income, expenses and performance indicators.

Cash management lets you record cash movements, reconcile the register and check payments, without opening it manually each day. These are optional modules with their own published prices, so you can assess them separately from invoicing.

To assess the fit, identify who issues invoices, whether any practitioners need separate invoicing, how you handle corrective invoices, which payment methods you use and which reports you need.
